Testing times for van operators

VOSA, which runs MoT testing, has been toughening up testing standards – and has revealed a shocking statistic that nearly half all 3-tonne vans fail, usually trivial issues that a service would spot, such as faulty lights. Talking of government agencies, the Department of Transport-backed online CO2 calculator is now available, a useful tool to help you choose the cleanest vans. One contender for that crown will surely be the Ford Transit ECOnetic, subject of our own, different kind of test this month.
