The Mercedes Sprinter, keeping trailers on the road with Cartright Fleet Services
CARTWRIGHT Fleet Services has never looked back since it decided to provide a mobile repair service for customers’ trailers all over the UK.
The company, which is headquartered in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, now supports 8,000 trailers with a fleet of 22 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans.
The latest long bodied 313CDI Sprinters have been fitted out with bespoke racking by Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealer of the Year, Ciceley Commercials.
They carry extensive spares, tools, generators and compressors to enable roadside emergency repairs to be carried out and minimise recovery costs and downtime.
Cartwright Fleet Services offer tailored agreements covering maintenance authorisation, cost control, e-compliance and documentation management services via customer-dedicated web portals, and currently looks after well over 8,000 trailers which are in service with operators nationwide.
As well as its 20 mobile workshops and a couple of express parts delivery vans, it operates a six-bay maintenance and refurbishment facility in Wythenshawe.
