New deal for Zip Heaters and Volkswagen vans

Thanks to a new vehicle supply deal between Zip Heaters and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, the supply of hot water is in very safe hands.

Zip Heaters is the leading supplier of instant boiling water systems, with clients operating in all areas of the catering business – from schools and hospitals, to cafes and tea-rooms.

To meet increased demand for its innovative systems, the Australian firm is set to take delivery of 45 new Volkswagen Transporters over the next three-years, which will be used by service and installation engineers.

The agreement will see Zip update and extend its existing fleet of 58 Volkswagen commercial vehicles to cover business expansion and ongoing fleet replacement.

The new Volkswagen Transporters have been chosen for their exceptional reliability and low running costs.

Reflecting Zip’s commitment to manufacturing the highest quality heaters on the market, the firm has ordered high-specification Volkswagen Transporter Trendline models, complete with DSG transmissions on every model.

David Durance, Technical Support Manager at Zip Heaters, said: ‘As a company that sells high quality products, we required a fleet of vehicles that are befitting of this image.
