Qi_Conversions

A bespoke Qi conversion of a Toyota Hilux for energy supply company SSE

WITH such a comprehensive range of light commercial vehicles available in the UK, finding the right vehicles for your business should be easy. But that’s not always enough – some business operations need racking and other specialist conversions to make the most efficient use of their LCVs.

There are systems for electricians, plumbers, plasterers, groundworks and multi-trade businesses

Qi Van Systems showed a range of the conversions the company offers at the  CV Show, including a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter fully kitted out as a workshop and Toyota Hilux converted for energy supply company SSE Ltd, which incorporated a GRP hard top of the company’s own manufacture.

Telford-based Qi Van Systems was established in 1984, and provides a bespoke service to suit exact business requirements for small, medium and large panel vans, as well as 4×4 pick-ups.

There are racking systems designed specifically for electricians, plumbers, plasterers, groundworks and multi-trade businesses, and Qi also provides a huge range of extras, including lighting equipment, fire extinguishers, winches, cab heaters, rear-view mirrors with camera monitors, interior and exterior 13amp sockets and electrical inverters.

Tooling and security and safety items and personal protective equipment, such as first aid eyewash kits, Deb skincare units and Envirowash hot water washing stations, are also offered.

A variety of external racks for different applications can be specified and Qi also provides a livery service, including design and wrapping.
