Coolertech

Coolertech cools everything from car-derived vans to full-blown lorries. Catch three of them at the CV Show

COOLERTECH will be using the CV Show this month to display its expertise in keeping things chilled out.

The company designs and builds high-quality insulated vehicles ranging from small car-derived vans through to 26-tonne rigids.

Three examples of Coolertech’s innovative work in insulation – two box bodies and one panel van conversion – will be displayed on its stand at the show, which takes place at the Birmingham NEC from 29th April to 1st May.

Coolertech widely-employed van conversion capabilities are demonstrated at the show by a Mercedes Sprinter Euro-6 insulated panel van.

The dual compartment, multi-temperature conversion features Coolertech’s low-temperature side door – this is hinged on the right and, when opened fully, sits flat against the side of the panel van, allowing safe access and pallet loading.

The recently-launched AiroSprint, displayed on a 3.5-tonne box body, has been designed specifically for the Mercedes Sprinter chassis cab. It features a narrower, more streamlined body that follows the lines and width of the vehicle’s cab.

A lightweight body styling kit also complements the shape, colour and form of the cab’s bumper section and door detail trim.

Also on the stand is a FUSO Canter 7C15 Eco Hybrid – a 7.5-tonne truck fitted with a lightweight, single compartment insulated box body designed to carry chilled goods. The body features myriad design elements intended to gain maximum payload.
