The new Vivaro offers dramatically fresh styling, and comes with comes with state-of-the-art technologies and a host of practical, innovative features, both under the bonnet  and in the cabin.

The striking exterior changes include a large, prominent grille, headlamps in high-gloss black mouldings with embedded chrome accents, plus daytime running lights with the Vauxhall wing graphic design and crisp LED technology.

The Vauxhall Vivaro is available as a panel van, a Combi, and as a double-cab with various configurations in two overall lengths and two heights.

Both lengths -– 4998 and 5398mm – are 216mm longer than before, whether for cargo or occupants.

Power comes from two all-new turbodiesels – a 1.6 CDTi unit, as well as a 1.6 BiTurbo CDTi with sequential turbocharging and a twin-cooler system. This engine, powered by two turbochargers working in tandem, is said to combine excellent performance with combined cycle consumption of 47mpg.

The Renault Trafic shares a platform with the Vauxhall Vivaro, so there’ll be a new Trafic at the show too

3. Renault Trafic

This summer will also see the launch of the third-generation Renault Trafic.

There’s a new look inside and out, as well as a new range of engines and ‘smart innovations’ designed to make the lives of business customers easier.

Most noticeable is the complete new exterior design with wide, slender headlights giving an ‘expressive look’, and a more raked windscreen providing a clear division with the bonnet.

The new Renault Trafic is offered with a range of downsized, turbocharged engines, based on the latest, Renault-developed 1.6 dCi unit (R9M). This  is available in two versions: a single turbo engine which provides a gain of around 3mpg compared with the earlier model, and the twin-turbo version, offering fuel consumption of 39.2 mpg.

While you’re on the Renault stand, remember to check out the new Kangoo. It’s Business Vans’ winning choice for Best Small Trades Van in our 2014 Business Van of the Year Awards.
