LIKE the look of Fiat Fullback, its version of the Mitsubishi L200 pick-up, but don’t have a Fiat Professional dealer nearby?
Don’t worry, as Business Vans has found out in an interview with new head Richard Chamberlain, that a decision across Europe has been made to roll out the full Fullback range to the entire Fiat dealer network.
Chamberlain suggested to us, that the reason for this change is that Fiat don’t see the Fullback as just a commercial vehicle – especially in the UK, where it’s a retail proposition as well.
Asked the reasons why they’ve done this, he responded: “This is a very competitive segment and we need more visibility.”
Apparently, Fullback is at the very early stages of going into the car network, with dealer training taking place at the moment. Most interestingly, the recently launched Cross lifestyle version will be available across both the dealer and Fiat Professional networks.
