Ford Transit Custom

Keith Mathers says Vaillant picked the Custom because of ease of use and repair, and comfort

THE new Ford Transit Custom is on the shopping list for heating technology manufacturer Vaillant Group.

The company is replacing its existing 230-strong fleet of Transit vans with the new medium-sized Ford model.

The Belper-based company will take on 110 Transit Customs for its aftersales engineers for components storage and mobile workspace. The van’s excellent safety features and high specification levels were key purchase factors, says the company.

“In terms of ease of repair and use, as well as comfort, the Ford Transit Custom was our best option,” Vaillant group service director Keith Mathers told Business Vans.
