High profile LDV EFL Championship partnership kicks off

LDV to be one the League’s most visible brands

A HIGH profile LDV EFL Championship partnership with top clubs will see the iconic LDV livery take prime position on LED perimeter advertising boards at 255 games.

The partnership will provide the brand with prominent, in-game visibility throughout the 2017-2018 season.

Mark Barrett, LDV UK and Ireland general manager, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for LDV and we are excited to connect with the English Football League’s passionate supporters around the country.

“As the oldest football competition in the world, we believe that this sponsorship is the perfect fit for LDV and will afford us a really strong, big brand presence at clubs across the UK.

“To mark this auspicious announcement, 40 branded LDV vehicles will be positioned outside participating clubs on game days over the coming weeks.”

LDV advertising will appear at 14 football grounds – Barnsley, Bolton, Brentford, Bristol City, Burton Albion, Cardiff, Charlton, Coventry, Ipswich, Millwall, Nottingham Forest, Peterborough, Preston NE and Reading.

The announcement comes as LDV continues to strengthen its network of almost 35 dealers around the UK (excluding the Republic of Ireland).

Barrett added: “Due to LDV’s incredible growth over the past year, football fans throughout the country can easily locate their local dealership to check out a vehicle and arrange a test drive.

“Equally, those who already own a van have 24-hour access to our after-sales service team and peace of mind that should a problem occur, our dealers will work around the clock to get them back on the road as soon as possible.”

All new vehicles are included in LDV’s impressive 555 offer; five-year warranty package, five years roadside assistance and a five-year finance package.

LDV vans are manufactured by SAIC, the largest automotive company in China, and distributed by the Harris Group.
