One of the eight new Citroen Relay vans acquired by PSV Glass

THE national passenger transport glass replacement business, has acquired eight New Citroën Relay 35 L3H3 HDi 130 6-speed manual vans, and five Citroën C4 VTR cars.

PSV Glass will use them to support its national passenger transport glass replacement business.

Ricky Brown, PSV’s Fleet Manager, said; “The New Relay L3H3 vans offer a high roof, high entry doors and generous load space, with the added bonus of the huge 30,000 mile service intervals.

The low whole-life costs are also important to us. They will allow us to successfully transport the enormous selection of replacement passenger transport glazing we supply throughout the UK.”

The New Relay vans will be used to transport replacement windscreens and windows for installation on bus, coach, motorhome and rail vehicles throughout the UK. The Citroën C4 VTR cars will be used by PSV Glass technical managers.

High Wycombe-based PSV Glass now operates 66 Citroën vans. The majority of the company’s Citroën fleet has been acquired since 2013, after the company took the decision to replace another manufacturer’s vehicles.

The fleet of Citroën vans now consists of 58 x Relay 35 L3H3 HDi 130, 5 x Relay 35 L3H2 HDi 130, 2 x Relay 30 L1H1 HDi 110 panel vans and one Relay 35 Luton van.

All of the New Relays have been supplied by Worleys Garage, High Wycombe and will operate from PSV Glass distribution centres in High Wycombe, Manchester and East Kilbride.
