Mercedes is freezing service costs for 2013

BUSINESSES running Mercedes-Benz vans and concerned about the rising cost of maintenance are getting a helping hand from the company.

For 2013, Mercedes-Benz won’t make any price increases on service contracts across its range of trucks, vans and Fuso Canter vehicles, so customers will pay the same for servicing and maintenance as they did in 2012.

Mercedes-Benz UK service contracts manager James Ostridge told Business Vans: “We are passionate about making our offering affordable for as many business van customers as possible, and have therefore redesigned our offering to make the packages better value and make the most of the quality and engineering that go into our vehicles.”
