Two years after achieving the Investors in People standard across its UK sites, Vauxhall has achieved the gold award
WHEN Vauxhall achieved the Investors in People standard across it UK sites in 2012, Human Resources Director Phil Millward used it as a platform to work towards the gold award.
Two years later that goal has been achieved as Vauxhall has been granted the Investors in People gold standard.
Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “Congratulations to Vauxhall Motors on their fantastic gold standard.
“Such a high level of accreditation is the sign of great people management practice, and the organisation should be extremely proud of the achievement.”
Phil Millward said: “I am delighted that this year Vauxhall has achieved the highest award and been recognised for its ongoing efforts as a high performing organisation.
