Jolly Good Van Hire – getting great business exposure with its support of Wales Rally GB
I HAVE to say its good to see a Welsh van business using its nous to get involved with an international event.
When the final round of this year’s WRC – the Wales Rally GB – takes place in the mountains and forests south of Colwyn Bay from Thursday to Sunday (13-16 November 2014) Jolly Good Van Hire will be leading the pack.
Its centre in Colwyn Bay has donated and hired out a large number of vehicles to keep the rally machines and their support teams on the road.
“We are absolutely ecstatic to be so actively involved in the rally,” Antony Frost of Jolly Good Van Hire’s Colwyn Bay depot told me.

“Covering so much of north Wales, the event is fantastic for us as we have branches in Deeside, Newtown, Shrewsbury and Wrexham. They are all engaged and every bit as excited as we are. It’s going to be great to see so many of our vehicles – all logoed up – right at the heart of the rally.
“Moreover, there will also be a number of branded camper vans out there – they all have a special QR code on them as part of a special WRGB competition that we are running.”
It’s a great idea to promote your business while offering practical help at the same time. No doubt it will be wet and muddy – but aren’t rallies always like that?
