Not only does the Mercedes Vito Sport-X look good, it is fun to drive too.

> If you have the Vito Dualiner Sport-X as a company van, its almost certain you’ll and use it privately at weekends or during the week, so you’ll need to pay company van tax and with a payload of less than a tonne, and windows on the second row of doors, taxation and VAT reclamation is something of a grey area. Depending on your usage, this is an issue you’ll need to investigate with the taxman.
