Smoking ban applies to business cars and business vans in Wales

Smoking: banned from most business vehicles

The National Assembly for Wales has passed its no-smoking Health Act. It becomes law from 02 April 2007.

The Health Act is similar to the law in England.

However, it is more far-reaching than Scotland
