Hankook Vantra LT: offering van operators good cost per mile thanks to price and durability
TYRE maker Hankook was demonstrating its Vantra van tyre at the CV Show.
Launched this time last year, Hankook said that a combination of competitive pricing and a quality product was making the tyre highly popular as a replacement with van operators.
The Korean tyre maker said that, like Korean car makers Kia and Hyundai, the pricing/quality equation was proving compelling.
“The Vantra is well priced and durable,” said Mark Grace, marketing manager, Hankook.
“We do get good mileage out of the tyres, so the cost per mile is good.”
The Hankook Vantra LT is available in 34 dimensions. Key features for business van management include sidewall protection shield – to protect the tyre against crashing up on kerbs – and faster water dispersion channels in wet weather.
