The new Dyno Volkswagen Caddy fleet

THE Scottish company Dyno Plumbing has turned out to fix over 120,000 leaks in the last two years and this sort of demand meant they needed reliable vehicles for their craftsmen to use.

A new supply agreement will see Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles supply 17 Volkswagen Caddy vans to Dyno Plumbing Scotland, as part of the franchise’s fleet replacement programme.

The Volkswagen Caddy was chosen for its low running costs and reputation for being one of the most reliable vans in the class.

With over 50 years of experience, the nationwide company continues to be the market leader for dealing with blocked drains and plumbing issues. Part of the British Gas and Scottish Gas Group, the firm comprises 68 franchise businesses operating throughout the UK to offer a support network to consumers and businesses alike.

Noel Gallacher, franchise owner and managing director, Dyno Plumbing Scotland, said, “We rely on our vans 24/7. Our customers depend on us to respond quickly to their issues no matter what time of the day.

“To have a vehicle off the road has a major impact to our business operating an effective emergency call out service.

“The Volkswagen Caddy not only offers one of the most reliable packages on the market, but it is also backed up by Volkswagen’s robust aftersales service. This ensures we can continue to operate should any issues arise with one of our vehicles. This peace of mind is invaluable when you operate a demanding business such as ours.”
