THE car and van rental giant Europcar will be supporting west London’s London Scottish with a couple of vans.

The two vans, a Ford Transit Connect and a Ford Transit Custom featuring London Scottish branding will help with match day transport, as well as for visiting local schools to promote rugby to the next generation.

As part of its partnership with London Scottish Rugby Club, Europcar is relocating its Richmond branch to Richmond Athletic Ground, where London Scottish play.

“It’s great to be able to support grass roots sports through this partnership with the London Scottish Rugby Club”, said Gary Smith, Managing Director, Europcar.

“Not only does it give us access to a great location in South West London, but it means we can help the team travel to matches and get involved in events in the local community.

“Europcar has been operating in Richmond since 1997 and, by moving to this new location we are reaffirming our commitment to servicing business and leisure travellers in South West London, by providing easy access to a wide choice of vehicles and services, including alternative fuel options, such as hybrid and electric vans and cars.”
