THERE’S a new place to get a used van: the Evans Halshaw Van Store.
Located in Birtley, County Durham, next to Evans Halshaw DAF, the Van Store offers a new approach to van purchasing according to Evans Halshaw, with 150 used vans, tippers and Lutons available on-site to view and test drive.
Evans Halshaw Van Store Birtley features SMART and paint repairs facilities, an MOT centre and valeting services. Customers can also take advantage of complimentary refreshments and wi-fi.
The Van Store has dedicated LCV professionals on site to help and advise the best options to suit the needs of small businesses and trades while there is also access to over 3000 vans across the wider Evans Halshaw group. Visitors to the site can also take advantage of the Buy Your Van service and sell their van to Evans Halshaw Van Store Birtley.
The opening of Van Store Birtley has brought eight new jobs to the area but Evans Halshaw is looking for further staff for customer sales assistants, LCV technicians and paint and SMART repairs roles. The Birtley site is also a Renault-authorised repair centre, offering service, parts and specialist repairs not only for Renault, but any make of LCV.

Evans Halshaw Van Store Birtley is open seven days a week from 8:30 to18:00 and Saturday 09:00 – 16:00 (Saturday) and 11:00 – 16:00 (Sunday).
