Ford offers customers time- and money-saving servicing plan
While-you-wait servicing is offered to suit the customer, including late-night appointments at least once a week

IF your van’s off the road, you’re not earning. That’s why minimising downtime during servicing or repairs is so important.

With this in mind, Ford has introduced a new servicing plan intended to limit vehicle off-road time and reduce whole-life costs.

The scheme, called Transit24, will give priority treatment to urgent work and complete vehicle-off-road repairs if not on the same day, then within 24 hours.

Ford is rolling out Transit24 in more than 90 of its 200-plus commercial vehicle authorised repairers.

While-you-wait servicing is offered to suit the customer, including late-night appointments at least once a week. And Transit24 sites will respond to online service booking requests within 20 minutes.

A vehicle collection-and-delivery service is available, and all vehicles are washed and ready for work on return.

For fleets of 25 or more vehicles, Fleet National Pricing applies for routine servicing and fixed-content work.
