Isuzu, D-Max

Blade is the range-topping Isuzu D-Max and shown for the first time at the CV Show

ORIGINALLY just a limited edition version of the popular D-Max, the success of the model last summer, has prompted Isuzu to announce the Blade trim as the permanent flagship for this popular pick-up range.

The 2015 D-Max Blade model, making its debut at the CV Show at the NEC in Birmingham today, will cost from £25,999 and features styling and technology upgrades to help it to stand out against rivals.

Outside, you’ll spot a Blade by the choice of Cosmic black or Pearlescent white colours, a ‘shadow’ grey front grille, door mirror caps, door handles and tailgate handles finished in Cosmic black. Then there’s the unique 18-inch, six-spoke ‘Shadow’ alloys, plus the choice of either an Aeroklas leisure canopy, or a Black Mountain Top roller cover with style. Both of these are available at no extra cost.

The inside of the D-Max Blade is as special as the exterior, with standard heated, leather-trimmed seats, a ‘Shadow’ grey headlining, bespoke side-sill scuff plates, unique ‘Blade’ mats, plus an eight-speaker Pioneer 6.1 inch touchscreen sat-nav system.

Like the rest of the range, the D-Max Blade is fitted with the same highly efficient 163PS 2.5-litre twin-turbo diesel engine and the first lucky owners will take delivery later this month.
