Mitsubishi has given us first sight of its next generation L200 pickup and it’s going to raise some eyebrows.

New Mitsubishi L200 is longer than the old model at 5.2m

There is heavy chroming for the grille, massive wrap-around lights and a new interior style as well, but let’s not get too excited about its utilitarian look nevertheless.

It looks like there will be the familiar single, double and club-cab bodystyles.

No firm dates for L200 in UK, but expect it for the Autumn 2015-plate change just before the bad weather sets in.
