CITROEN is poised to launch its extensively revised new Berlingo van range at next month’s Commercial Vehicle Show, aiming to capitalise on its sales success in 2015.
Last year it led its sector with 16,210 registrations and a market share of no less than 19%.
The new range will debut at this year’s Commercial Vehicle Show at the NEC, April 26-28.
The 2016 Berlingo range is offered with a choice of Euro 6 engines, including a VTi 95 petrol engine, BlueHDi 75, BlueHDi 100 and BlueHDi 120 diesel engines. This Euro 6 engine line-up will see operators reap the rewards of improved fuel economy, increased efficiency, with even better on-road drivability.
Full details of the Berlingo’s Euro 6 engine lineup will be available nearer the time.
Extra equipment fitted to Berlingo Enterprise vans includes:
- Air conditioning
- Touchscreen audio pack
- Anti-theft alarm
- Rear parking sensors
- Connecting Box (Bluetooth/USB port)
Also launched at the Commercial Vehicle Show and available from May onwards, are two new stand-alone Euro 6 BlueHDi-powered Berlingo Enterprise vans.
These new, range-topping models are based on the newly launched BlueHDi 75 manual L1 625 van and the BlueHDi 100 S&S manual L1 850 van.
In addition, Citroen is introducing a Berlingo Enterprise Pack, which available as an option for just £800 + VAT on any Berlingo LX van.
This includes the same equipment as on the Berlingo Enterprise models and can save customers up to £730 + VAT compared with specifying the individual options.
