The Corsavan was a winner at the 2014 Business Van Awards, can that be topped with the new model?

THE new Vauxhall Corsavan has been announced with prices starting at just over £12k.

Deliveries for the new Corsavan are scheduled for the beginning of March as Vauxhall announces a new drive for SME business.

All three come with Start/Stop system as standard and a five-speed manual box except on the Sportive which gets an extra ratio

With styling details from the Adam hatchback at the front incorporated in the new body, underneath it uses the familiar and proven platform  and powertrain with revised suspension.

There are three models up for grabs: the 75hp 1.3CDTi, 95hp 1.3CDTi ecoFLEX and 95hp 1.3CTDi Sportive. Vauxhall Corsavan prices (excl VAT) start at £12,245.

The Vauxhall Corsavan carries much the same as before in its with 0.9m³ of space, a maximum length of 1,259mm, height is 921mm and width between the wheel boxes is 969mm and payload is 571kg, dropping to 543kg for the Sportive.
Standard specification is good with full ESP including Hill Start Assist, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, Daytime Running Lights, six airbags, remote central deadlocking, digital radio, Bluetooth connectivity and steering wheel controls all part of the package.

Sportive models gain heated windscreen, auto wipers/headlights, air con, cruise control, LED DRLs, fog lights and 16in alloy wheels.

Vauxhall say the quality of materials inside the cabin have improved over the fascia, door panels and seats and follow the trend set by the Corsa hatchback launched last autumn.
