Truckman GLS hardtop with remote locking for Ford Ranger
A COMPREHENSIVE collection of hardtops for the Ford Ranger is now available from Auto Styling Truckman with the addition of two new commercial units to the range.
Truckman now offers Double-Cab, Space-Cab and Single-Cab variants of its high-roof, high-capacity Classic hardtop. The new additions provide Ford Ranger owners with the most diverse and robust collection of hardtops on the market, says the company.
The Truckman Classic Single-Cab and the Ranger Utility Top Double-Cab are designed for commercial applications and are suited to industries such as agriculture, construction and the utilities. Prices (ex-VAT) are Single-Cab: £1,109.06 (in Gel White), and £1,640.63 (painted). The Ranger Utility Top Double-Cab costs from £1,695.54.
The company says the Single-Cab Classic as well as the existing Classic Double-Cab and Classic Space-Cab options have been tested in tough environments including arctic locations and military conflict zones.
The Single-Cab Classic, which is designed in Truckman’s West Midlands factory, is equipped with steel reinforcements. It also has ‘high-strength’ integral ladder rack, a high-gloss exterior and an ‘easy wash-down’ interior.
A new model in the Truckman Utility Top range has also been introduced for the Mk5 Ford Ranger Double-Cab. It provides additional capacity and security and is designed for use by utility company engineers and fire and rescue services.
Additional features, such as a built-in electrical conduit for ease of wiring, a sandwich-panel roof for additional strength and insulation, and large side access doors, provide utility engineers with a viable and secure alternative to vans.
