Volkswagen has loaded the Crafter with a whole heap of extras at no cost
HOW do you fancy £700-worth of extras for the price of a standard van?
Well Volkswagen is throwing in a bumper bundle of goodies with its Crafter range to make the van more practical and convenient for business van drivers.
The in-cab spec has been beefed up with the addition of a multi-function, reach-and-rake adjustable steering wheel, Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control, electrically operated and heated door mirrors and driver’s seat armrest.
In the load area, a wooden floor now comes as standard and there are 270-degree-opening rear doors, plus an entry handle.
The Crafter range encompasses panel vans with load volumes of up to 17cu m, window vans with up to eight passenger seats, single- and double-chassis cabs, as well as tipper and dropside ‘engineered-to-go conversions.
Prices start at £21,050 and the current offer includes contract hire and business van finance lease rates from £299 a month (plus VAT and initial rental), including a £1000 initial rental contribution.
A £2000 deposit contribution is available if financed with lease purchase or contract hire.
