Late night servicing for Mercedes commercial owners in the West Country, means their fleets spend less time off road

City West Commercials has introduced a late-night servicing plan, to meet demands from businesses to maximise fleet usage every working day and not lose valuable downtime when their vehicles could be earning them money.

The new late-night servicing plan at the company’s headquarter site, will allow customers to drop off their pre-booked vehicles for service, with the plan to have it ready the next day.

The 7am-11.30pm opening hours of the unique ‘service to you’ is also offered in other locations in the country such as Devon, Somerset and Cornwall.

“At City West Commercials we pride ourselves on the quality of our service and support,” said Graeson Clarke, Dealer Principal of City West Commercials.

“The out-of-hours service we offer is as important for the small and medium-sized businesses as it is for the big fleet, all of whom can lose custom and suffer financially from having vehicles off the road during the working day.

“We feel that everyone should benefit from these customer centric service offerings.

“As the Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle partner for the South West we pride ourselves in representing a brand known for quality and efficiency,” added Mr Clarke. “In every aspect of our day-to-day operations we concentrate on our customer-centric focus. We really try to be there for our customers every step of the way.

“The importance of keeping vehicles fully operational is recognised by us both in our opening hours and service offerings and in the high levels of Mercedes-Benz training that technicians undertake to ensure that service, diagnosis and rectification can be done in a timely manner.”
