The Generation Six gives a ‘doff of the hat’ to its forefather but won’t be available in the UK
VOLKSWAGEN is paying due respect to the Transporter’s iconic past with the launch of a ‘Generation Six’ limited edition version of the new T6 and revealed at the same Amsterdam premier.

Inside, the retro feel of the Generation Six carries on with two-tone leather/alcantara trim on the seats.
Our favourite of the new T6 models shown on the night; don’t go rushing to your Volkswagen Commercial dealers all at once, as according to a Volkswagen spokesman, the Generation Six won’t sadly be coming to the UK.
However, on the positive side, items of the special edition such as the two-tone paintwork will be available as a cost option.
Imagine the forthcoming California camper finished in these colours with those wheels. That’s got to be the coolest T6 yet – hasn’t it?
