Renault Trucks Essex extends opening hours to midnight

Night service: the eight-bay workshop facility at Renault Trucks Essex is now open till midnight

TRADERS and SME van operators within striking distance of West Thurrock in Essex should be pleased to hear that Renault Trucks Essex has extended its weekday opening hours until midnight from Monday to Thursday.

To meet increasing customer demand from a growing commercial vehicle parc in the South-east, the Renault dealership is now offering full servicing and repairs for all makes of commercial vehicles and trailers from 6.00 am until midnight Monday to Thursday, from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm on Friday and from 6.00 am to 1.00 pm on Saturdays.

Renault Trucks Essex offers the complete range of Renault Trucks products from 2.8 to 44 tonnes. It is equipped with a modern eight-bay workshop facility and the latest diagnostic equipment.

Services include repair and maintenance contracts, fixed-price servicing, all makes parts, MoT preparation and presentation, tachograph and speed limiter calibrations, wheel alignment, brake roller and emissions testing and dedicated Renault Trucks 24/7 breakdown technicians and service vehicles.

Paul Ayer, dealer point manager, Renault Truck Essex, told Business Vans: “Customers are calling for extended opening hours to meet their operational needs. By remaining open until midnight four days of the week we are giving our customers greater flexibility and allowing them to maximise their uptime.

“It also gives us a greater chance of completing all customer repairs at once, ensuring a higher percentage of first-time fixes with no need for re-booking work. Vehicles are ready first thing in the morning, defect free.”
